
Electric cars are cheap to run. In fact at the moment they're free to run - unless you charge them up at home from your own grid supply. But let's face it, they are expensive to buy. So this is why, in urban areas at least, the use-it-when-you-need-it or hire-by-the-hour option is becoming more popular.

Following recent press coverage Three Rivers District Council (TRDC) is receiving a large volume of calls about suspected giant hogweed. Most calls refer to non-toxic cow parsley. Information is going to be put on the TRDC website which will explain the difference between the toxic giant hogweed ( purple stem with spikes, spotted leaves etc.) and cow parsley. TRDC will of course work to remove any of the toxic variety found anywhere in our parks and open spaces.
