Services Saved from Cuts

When we took over Dacorum from the Conservatives we found lots of problems to clear up and gained a few more problems on the way.
However we have passed a budget that protects front line services, saves the adventure playgrounds and the old town hall venue from cuts or closure by generating extra income and making savings. There will be no change to how often your bins are collected and parks, community centres and other front line services run by Dacorum will remain open.
In addition £2 million has been put aside for infrastructure and other improvements across Dacorum over the next few years including finding more parking solutions to deal with problem parking in residential streets and investing in our sports centres.
